Figna Field Jacket
The Left Hand Figna Field jacket goes back to the roots of the brand, with inspiration taken from rarities in the Left Hand archive as well as the Swiss military M70 alpenflage jacket which is evident through the purpose-built multi-pocket arrangement to the chest. Osti used the military field coat as inspiration and it featured heavily across his career; he saw it as a functional silhouette that everyone could relate to.
The packable hood is more than a typical pack-away hood, with double snap fastenings to give the whole hood a fixed shape around the front face. The antique Left Hand snap fastenings go back to the brand's original metalwork with a stamped Left Hand logo to each stud, the zip is from renowned company Lampo who have created a two-way zip with a branded Left Hand puller, again inspired by findings from the archive. As well as the multi-purpose chest pockets the Figna boasts field pockets with side entry and an internal hidden pocket with snap fastening for extra security. The signature Left Hand sleeve branding to the left sleeve is also in keeping with our history of subtle understated branding.
